Beyond chatbot, levelling up Pi

Overview

I worked with Inflection, a leading AI company, to launch & grow 'Pi' – an innovative artificial intelligence personal assistant.

In a player / coach role, I led a team of designers and contributed directly to hands-on design and user research, balancing leadership with direct involvement.

I collaborated with the engineering team on rapid, hypothesis driven iterations in response to AI model advancements and market evolution, enhancing the app’s capabilities and visual design beyond a basic chatbot.
